Cumi Rica Rica
- 400 gr cumi tanpa kepala, potong
- cincin 2 cm, lalu potong2 bawahnya
- 5 lembar daun jeruk
- 3/4 sdt garam
- 10 buah cabai rawit merah
- 1 sdt gula pasir
- 100 ml air
- 4 sdm minyak utk menumis
